I NEED TO LEARN TO SALSA DANCE?

25th December

Im in early 30s, hanve no idea how to dance and this chick talked me into doing this with her. Is there some kind of work out i should start with so I don’t end up killing myself.

Salsa is not really that physically demanding, especially the basic stuff.

What you should do is start listening to salsa music. I know it is tough when you don’t know any of the songs and you don’t understand the lyrics..so try to find some salsa in english.

Listen to the music… so at least when you start finding the beat will be easier.
