Learning how to cook healthy foods is a great habit and one needs to be open mind about it. All that is required is to be open to the many options that can contribute to a healthy lifestyle. Most people find a healthy diet to be boring to follow endlessly. They consider a healthy diet to be tasteless and unappealing. What they forget is that they can easily make it interesting by incorporating new cooking styles into it.
When it comes to healthy cooking one can use all the imagination, ideas, tips and techniques to cook a healthy meal. The fat content in a meal can be greatly reduced if one can substitute sour cream with non fat yogurt. While the taste remains unchanged you can certainly create a new unique flavor. For your salad dressing you can sprinkle fresh salsa
over your crisp greens instead of the heavy cream dressing. This way by adding salsa you can cut down on unnecessary fat grams and instead add that extra spice to your meal. The spice can help in increasing your metabolism while reducing the fat content.
By substituting fat foods with healthy foods you can certainly enjoy your meals and have all the fun trying to find new ways in which you can have healthier meals. You can experiment with various toppings which are all fat free so that your food tastes better. Another great fat free dressing or marinade which you can easily make at home is to have Soya sauce mixed with your French mustard as it will help cut down on the fat. This is very easy and inexpensive to do and is also healthy. Just add it to your salads and enjoy the new taste.
By substituting all your cream sauces and fattening favorites with non fattening substitutes you tend to eat more healthily. You will find that working out your routines becomes much easier. You can save lots of money when it comes to buying clothes in all sizes as you keep putting on all those extra weight when you gorge on fat foods and also maintain in keeping not only your heart rate but also your cholesterol level safe. That’s way everyone should learn to adopt a healthy style of cooking. More than a lifestyle which is becoming popular among many people it is important that everyone follow a healthy cooking lifestyle so that our body gets the proper nourishment that it so badly needs to function very effectively.

simple foods to live on?
what are simple foods to live and feel great on?
like potatos. but i won’t eat something i’m unfamiliar with so for thoes things to be sutable enough to put in a blender. and i really need great sources of fibre. branflakes doesn’t solidify the passage of food enough, but corn flakes stops painfull air bubbles from forming in my intestines. (Nestea Iced Tea, and red fruits)ice tea causes the air bubbles to form but its not an unhealthy drink.
i’ve been raised by someone who led me to mistrust the food i eat now in my adult life life. a chronic liar as she is, i would catch her coming out of the bathroom without washing her hands and follow her into the kitchen where she began to prepare food. if i didn’t follow her she’d lie and say she washed her hands but after following her she says "i don’t have germs".
this is a psychological shortcoming i’m not looking to overcome but i need foods i can always rely on. i won’t vary my diet at all. i have a very good sence of taste so if there is a taste or texture i’m unfamiliar with i gag involuntarily.
the limited variety of foods i eat are:
1. baby potatos(without fibre causes diurea)
2. spicy chicken goujons(causes constipation if eaten regularly)
3. high quality chicken (ballyfree)
4. buscuits (McVities Lights) ((causes diurea if eaten alone))
5. corn flakes
6. milk
7. iced tea(causes indigestion if consumed alone)
8. branflakes(causes irritation of the throat when swallowing)
9. bread role (causes heart burn)
10. homemade chips. (never eaten regularly)
11. bottled water.
12. ham.
13. rashers.
All the symtomes stated are a result of at some point eating each item of food far too consistantly.
i’m not trying to sound like a hypocondriak, i know i have a problem but at this point in my life i’m not able to change.
i’ve tried to de-rail this pattern of eating but i’d imagine its something like a smoker giving up cigarettes. i’ve been this way my whole life. getting more and more stubborn as i age of cource.
if i get helpfull responce from you guys at yahoo i can definetly try harder.
hmm, i think i should outline what i’m looking for. i want simple foods i can cook or blend that i can live healthy on. not just an incomplete diatary requirement recipe for 1 day out of the week etc. vitamin a monday vitamin c tuestay.
just the bare essencials to live and feel great on each day.
thanks for any helpfull responce ^_^
sorry this was so long >.>
